As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To use your right of withdrawal, please follow these steps:

Notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Return the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of notifying us.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised products, including items that are made according to the customer’s specifications, such as:

Products with personal engraving (text, names, dates, custom designs)

Products made using the customer’s own image or motif

Other custom orders that cannot be resold to other customers
If you have ordered a personalised or custom-made product, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns or refunds unless the item is defective or has a manufacturing fault.
📌 If we have not provided you with a withdrawal form, the withdrawal period is extended to 12 months.
